121P 20K

121P 20K is a cigarette maker that manufactures 20,000 cigarettes per minute.
The main advantages of this machine are: excellent product quality, maximum flexibility and speed of brand/format change. 121P was designed to perform at the highest manufacturing capacity in the industry.

Cigarette paper and filter feed is managed fully automatically by two independent modules while the machine is operating full-speed. Reels of material are automatically picked up from a trolley or directly from pallets.

121P main optional equipment includes:

• EFK (Extra Flexibility Kit) which makes configuration changes back and forth from full flavour to light fast and easy.
• Filter paper perforation laser in order to obtain various levels of cigarette ventilation.
• Vision System to control single cigarette surface quality.
