The PROTOS 1C is our latest single-rod maker from the classic C series. Operating at a speed of 10,000 cigarettes per minute it makes the seemingly impossible possible: it enables you to produce huge quantities of top-quality cigarettes for an affordable price.
PROTOS 1C combines the best of over fifty years of experience in the tobacco sector. Processes proven a thousand times to deliver superior results, along with the very latest components from our M-generation makers.

The switch cabinets offer a future oriented control system that are easy to access. Drives, switch cabinets and garnitures are all water cooled, resulting in low dust and noise emissions (<82 db(A)). Operation of the maker is by a simple touch of a finger. A size change and a bobbin changeover can also be performed in next to no time. A wide range of options allows for individual, optimum maker configuration.

PROTOS 90E is a medium-speed model producing 10,000 quality filter cigarettes per minute. PROTOS 90E was developed on the basis of PROTOS 90S. Therefore the majority of spare and wearing parts are identical. The maker is fast, safe and and simple to operate via an integrated industrial PC featuring a touchscreen and extensive machine function monitoring. All control and quality monitoring systems are bus-linked modular units using the Siemens S7-400 PLC system. A wide range of options allows for individual, optimum maker configuration.

The maker is simple to operate via an integrated industrial PC featuring a TFT touchscreen and essential machine function monitoring. All control and quality systems are linked modular units using state of the art PLC and Profibus system. A wide range of options allows for individual, optimum maker configuration.
