SMK 8500

The SMK 8500 is a single rod cigarette maker with a production speed of up to 8,500 cigarettes per minute. It is a heavy-duty, reliable, user-friendly machine with high-efficiency performance under all working conditions; it is designed for all cigarette formats: standard, slim and superslim.

The feeder hopper (1000 mm wide) is the largest capacity and technologically most advanced among all machines in this category, and can guarantee perfectly formed cigarettes with regular tobacco distribution and more delicate handling during processing.  
Cigarette and filter paper reels are equipped with automatic switch-over for full-speed automatic reel change.   
The rod cutting head features a double blade to reduce speed and increase machine efficiency and reliability.  

The SMK is equipped with the latest cigarette inspection and quality control systems.
It also features a wide range of options such as:

• laser perforation system (300 or 400W)
• Extra Flexibility Kit (EFK) for rapid brand change-over
• kits  for menthol cigarettes and Kretek tobacco
• charcoal filter system
