In the FLT cylinder, flavour is applied to tobacco blends in an even spray giving a consistent taste to the cut filler and avoiding any stains on the finished cigarettes. During processing the product is gently mixed.To ensure that flavouring results are as uniform as possible, the flavour application pump should be controlled by an upstream weighbelt.

PROTOS 2C is a solid performer producing 12,000 quality cigarettes per minute using the double rod principle. The maker represents the perfect equilibrium between simplicity and dependability. PROTOS 2C is developed on the basis of our top range model PROTOS 2-2. The specially designed fluidized bed feeder principle guarantees a gentle treatment of the tobacco.
