YB59A Packet Film Packing Machine is mainly used in the outer packing cardboard packet. Through the improvement and adjustment of the parts. It can meet the demand for different box type size. It may also add the film printed registration system, tear tape driving structure, packets evacuation device while stop and the rejection of defective products.
YB69A Carton Packing Machine
YB69A Carton Packing Machine is used to wrap the small film-packed packets into the precut and folded blank.
It can put the Packets in carton with different types: European style or American style, 5-5 horizontal box, 5-5 vertical box, 1×10 vertical, 4×5 20 packets horizontal box. It adopts the advanced PLC programmable control system with the function of packet missing detection, automatic rejection and fault display. It is easy for operation and maintenance.
YTB Stamper can be installed on the hard packing line with different specifications. It can accomplish sticking tax mark on the packet. The machine has the function of automatic detection and automatic rejection. With the motor, it can form its independent transmission system. This unit contains compact structure, movement in succession, run steadily, stick fast and accuracy.
This product is used for wrapping of cigarette packets with cellophane (normally BOPP film), so as to keep the moisture content of cigarette unchanged and cigarette flavor fresh inside the packet. A tear tape is also winded around the cellophane for easy opening of packet.
